I am thirty-something years old with too much time on my hands and a self absorbed need to write about myself. Most of my friends don’t run and I find that I can track my progress a little better with a blog.
I run around Melbourne with my dog and I love an organised fun run, or ride.

Your blog came up randomly for me and I have so enjoyed reading it thus far.
I’m an expat Melburnian myself now living in Canada. Your blog grabbed me at first because of the picture of Mount Abrupt (or Sturgeon.. I always get them confused). I can see that from my grandparents’ front yard! As I read more I fell in love as I followed your tales of running and cycling in my old home town.. as I was once a runner myself and am still an avid cycler.
In any case, it was a joy to read and I think I shall blogroll it for when I am feeling a little reminiscent of the old country.
