Heading to the west
May 1, 2008Am off the Perth this morning- can’t wait to see the Hazard and the Duck- they rang and sang me songs last night. Didn’t run this morning- just couldn’t be bothered but I have managed to cram my sneakers into my bag- don’t know if I need 20kg of stuff for 5 days. I can’t remember what I have packed- everything I own probably. Am being ridiculed by my family for my obsessive need to be at the airport super early (or just in time as I call it) and for missing the stinky dog too much.
Back next Tuesday- no internet connection for me over there- take care everyone.
I am also obsessive about getting to the airport early, this is why I have only ever missed one flight in years and years of flying.
I wear my sneakers when I travel, saves space in the suitcase.
Have a fab time out West, hope you get some good runs in.
Have a great time in Perth Sara
You should see when I pack to go home, it looks like I am not coming back
Spoke to my sister yesterday when she got home and she said she changed from her winter woolies to one long sleeved t-shirt. Sounds like perfect running weather over there.
Also, congrats on your running progress, excellent!
I have this ridiculous need to get to the airport early too. The boy has a need to get there right on time. Needless to say, the only instance when we got there right on time, they closed the check in and I had to beg them to let us through. Luckily it was a domestic flight and they did! That’s why I like to get there nice and early
Have a great holiday!! It’ll be fun to have a run in a completely different place.
Btw S, I am doing the No Count Program or Core Program whichever you want to call it. I am very happy with it I have to say. I seem to be eating a lot healthier now and I love that you don’t count fruit or diet yoghurt points. My snacks are way better now
have a great time matey..wondering what the no count thing is…i need to do something
